Rose milk Recipe / How to make Homemade Rose MilkShake

Linking to my previous post on rose syrup, I am sure you all would have expected this post 🙂 A quick drink in less than a minute 🙂 All you need to do is mix few tbsps of rose syrup to a glass of chilled milk. The recipe for Homemade Rose syrup has already been shared and here is the link to it 🙂

Ingredients:

Rose syrup – 5 tbsp

Chilled Milk – 1 glass (250ml)

Ice cubes – as required

Method:

  1. In a Blender, take milk, ice cubes and add rose syrup to it
  2. Blend for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Take a tall glass, add ice cubes generously and pour the prepared rose milk on it.
  4. Serve immediately

Tips:

  1. You can simply mix the rose syrup in a glass of chilled milk, but you would not get the frothy top part ! If you wish to have a frothy rose milk then you will have to blend the milk in a blender 🙂
  2. You can adjust the taste accordingly by altering the quantity of rose syrup. If you like it too sweet, you can add few more syrup 🙂
