Chutney Recipe / Chutney to accompany with any pulao

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

This is a very simple yet yummy chutney which can be served with any pulao. Be it veg pulao, or chicken pulao. This chutney also comprises of finely chopped onions and grated carrots which I bet you would not have expected in any of our regular chutneys. I first relished this chutney in a friend’s house when she invited us for dinner. This is a simple spicy coconut chutney with onions and grated carrots mixed in it. Trust me! even though it looks a very simple addition to the coconut chutney, it tastes great when you mix it with pulao and eat.

You can also refer to my other posts on chutney such as, green chilli chutney , 5min chutney, Hotel style coconut chutney, goddukhara, coriander coconut chutney, Coriander chutney, Spicy almond chutney
