Dahi Puri

Yet another chaat which originates from Mumbai streets and is a popular snack. Its best to have it in summers. I am a die hard Chaat fan and love making them quite often. These are very similar to the pani puri procedure. Filling has boiled potato, hari chutney, dates chutney and filled with sweet dahi (curd)

I had few boiled green peas (dried green peas) in my refrigerator. I have also added that to the stuffing. This is totally optional and can be excluded. I made few changes in the stuffing to make things easier.

You can also have a look at my other chaat posts like Pani puri, Masala puri, Sukha puri
